At the beginning of this RESEARCH PROJECT I am very tensed …. but gradually I got the flow how to perform good on this , I tried hard to get the details from the healthcare center …but I enjoyed a lot while doing this project because , I like to research any topic and find out the problems and solutions of that particular software. Almost all weeks I had a meeting with My tutor Lars and he helped me a lot in this project …. He gave the instructions and I followed all those information also .

Now I am in the final touch up of the report writing , hope I can achieve my goal

I tried to get any software that are using in health care management because , before talking to the IT head of the dept …may be this planning will help me to achieve my goal point ( I can ask more and more questions to the USER of the software) ….. Finally I find out a software ( only for an example) and studied more about it and planned to call the IT dept head of the health care center …..

Yesterday I had meeting with my tutor and he gave lots of information about the report writing , APA references and now I am confidently working on report writing

I added use case diagram of the software , described each use case diagram and created a table also … In that table includes the applications , uses , functionality and so on . I collected more details from the health care center and noted some more points about the software that they are using.

Also tried to find out the technical aspects of the software and I added those details to the report writing.

Started to write the report writing based upon my topic and now I finished 6700 words …. Trying to draw the Use case diagram ( functionality diagram ) Deeply studying the overall structure of the software that they are using and In what all ways the facility is collecting the details.

PHONE CONVERSATION WITH THE IT DEPARTMENT HEAD OF LIFE CARE CENTER

Last week I had a phone to phone conversation with the IT department head in my work place. He gave some information about the software that they are mainly using in their facility and they depend one company to sort out all their data / information about the patients /staffs and so on.

I tried to get an example of one patient details which means , what is the method of storing information like name , diseases, medicines , how long they are staying etc …but the health center is not able to give such type of information ( not ready to publish such types of details )

All staffs will write the notes after finishing their work and it is written by manual and the main head staff will collect the important details and store into the system .

I also tried to get information about the accounting system . The facility is using another software for the accounting and attendance marking

Using an electronic device for the clock in and clock out of each staff members.

DEEP STUDY ABOUT GERIATRIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Here the topic ” Hospital management system ” will helps a lot to know more about the information regarding the details of patients , staffs and other all facilities.

FOR EXAMPLE : The facilities that provided from the hospital , Various operational works that are done in a Hospital :

Recording information about the Patients that come. Generating bills. Recording information related to diagnosis given to Patients. Keeping record of the Immunization provided to children/patients. Keeping information about various diseases and medicines available to cure them.

I am continuously trying to get a call from my work place to get the information about the management systems that they are using . I called the IT manager head and I speak to him. Then , I prepared some questionnaire regarding to my topic and send to the IT head .
